- Menu A - Whole Pig, spit roasted on-site – serves 80- 130 guests
There
is nothing quite like roasting a whole pig. It takes time,
hours and hours and hours, but….the wait is worth it.
Good value for money to feed the larger informal party
Warning: allow 8 hours cooking time and
1 hour to carve!
All served with freshly baked Baguettes, Baps
or Rolls with homemade tomato ketchup, and other suitable
relishes
