Scottish Lightly Oak Smoked Salmon served on a bed of local watercress and mixed green leaf; homemade lightly smoked trout mousse served with  crème frais and lime zest and freshly baked white French baguettes

Main Course : 

Local Lamb Twin Cutlets, lightly cooked, either in crumb case or plain served with a selection of vegetables on the main tables for guests to help themselves

Served with redcurrant and fresh mint jellies

Home Poached Scottish Salmon, with Hollandaise Sauce

Chocolate & Strawberry Paris.
A choux ring split and layered with crème pâtisserie, strawberry preserve and fresh sliced strawberries, decorated with soft chocolate ganache, cream and a glazed strawberry half.

 

Orange & Grand Marnier Tort.
A round chocolate sponge covered with an orange and Grand Marnier mousse, decorated with cream, mandarin segments and chocolate.

 

White Chocolate, & Raspberry Chocolate Cup.
A chocolate cup filled with raspberry preserve, raspberries and a white chocolate mousse, decorated with cream and raspberries, all striped with chocolate.

 

Baileys & Chocolate Cheesecake.
A crisp digestive base topped with our cheesecake mixture flavoured with chocolate and Baileys liqueur, decorated with cream and chocolate shavings.

 

Vanilla & Chocolate Delice.
A square chocolate sponge covered with a vanilla mousse studded with chocolate chips, finished with a chocolate mirror glaze and chocolate decorations.

 

Pavlova.
A crisp meringue nest piped with cream, filled with fruit preserve and glazed or dusted fruits. Raspberry Strawberry or Woodland Fruits.

 

Rich Chocolate Tort.
A round chocolate sponge, topped with a chocolate bavarois with the addition of melted Belgian chocolate, finished with a chocolate mirror glaze and a Belgian chocolate decoration.

 

Strawberry & Champagne Cheesecake.
A crisp biscuit base topped with a strawberry and champagne flavoured cheesecake, finished with a cream curl and glazed strawberry half.

 

Strawberry Shortbread.
Two round shortbread biscuits sandwiching cream, strawberry preserve and fresh sliced strawberries, finished with stripes of chocolate, a cream curl and half a glazed strawberry.

 

Trio of Chocolate.
A round chocolate sponge layered with a white chocolate mousse on a milk chocolate mousse, finished with a dark chocolate mirror glaze
